Salsa Cali style
Salsa caleña is a style of salsa dancing that developed in the region of Cali, Colombia. Salsa caleña (also known as Cali-style salsa or Colmbian salsa) is known throughout the world for its fast and intricate footwork, as well acrobatic tricks and lifts.
It developed largely independently of salsa styles in the US such as New York-style salsa and LA-style salsa. The basic step of salsa caleña is based on cumbia, or salsa social.
